SHIPPING POLICY

All shipping within Australia will be calculated at the checkout.

All orders within Australia are shipped using a 3rd Party Shipping Agent, Pack & Send and Door to Door Private Couriers, dependent on the size of your order and your location. 

All items will be shipped within 7 days from receiving your order confirmation unless requested otherwise via info@alisaartstudio.com or website contact form. 

If you are located within Australia, delivery times from dispatch date will vary from 2-14 business days.

International Orders 

International pieces will be shipped using Toll, Couriers Please, Aramax or DHL and price will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times from dispatch date can be anywhere from 3-21 days.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping notification and a tracking number via email.
